Can not create synthesis calendar (1.7.2.19)
 

I figured now that the address book works like a charm I get more adventurous with the calender and try to create a synthesis calender.
I just pressed the "New" button and hat a double force close crash after the account confirmation prompt.

Just updated the Desire to Froyo (Android 2.2).
Here the creation works (and seems needed as I lost the previous calender entries in the Froyo update).

I got the 2.2 update, and mine works as well. However, when I create a calendar, nothing syncs to it, and if I reboot, it disappears! It would be AWESOME to not have to sync my user's corporate data to a gmail account. I hope this is possible in the end!

I got it to sync once against the synthesis calendar, then this suddenly disappeared.
And since 2.2 the calender widget I use will not pick up the PC calender which still seems to work with synthesis ;-(

So far, 1.8.0.4 seems to fix this.

Just tested on 1.8.0.4, same problem, the calendar is created, but after a reboot all disapear.

Remark 1) Version 1.8.0.4 and higher HAVE a "check for update" function
Remark 2) The problem with disappearing calendars is known, we're working on that
