![]() Hello All,
we are using iPhone and synthesis client to do a SyncML-based sync against Groupwise. We have seen now problems in handling national characters synchronized from iPhone towards Groupwise. Having äöü in iPhone will result in question mark "?" for each character at Groupwise after synchronisation. But, the other way round is working fine: Having appointment in Groupwise that contains äöü will occur in iPhone as äöü after sync. Any idea what could be defined in iPhone/Synthesis application to allow proper national character handling? Btw.: Nation characters are handled correctly between Groupwise and Windows Mobile Synthesis Client or Palm or e.g. native Nokia Smartphones using SyncML-protocoll v1.1 by the same system configuration. Thanks for comments and best regards /Ralf |
