Default Loss of Contact Details

I am using SyncML 3.0.2.13 on a Treo 680 with Oracle OCS. I find that most of my contact details (e.g. addresses, extra phone numbers) don't properly sync to OCS. Then, when a "slow" sync occurs, all of these details are erradicated from my device! Several times now I have had to rely upon a Hotsync backup of my data to restore information that SyncML tag-teamed with OCS to delete from my Treo.

Has anyone run into similar issues or have a possible configuration adjustment or other idea to help eliminate this behavior?

I'm not aware of this issue so far. However it could be caused when your OCS is not Oracle Mobile Data Sync 10.1.2.4.2 or greater, as before the 3.x clients were not properly recognized, see our FAQ.
Generally, 3 postal adresses and a total of 7 telephone numbers and email addresses are supported by the client, and should be saved in any server that supports these fields.
