Changes only on device. Not server

I've got a Palm Centro syncing with Memotoo through synthesis AG. I created a task in memotoo, synced, deleted the task on my centro, created a new task on my centro and then synced. Both tasks appear on memotoo and only the task created on my centro appears on it. The task I deleted on my palm should be deleted on memotoo after I synced. What will fix this?
