Reminder Time too early

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed the newest version of the SyncML client for Android (STD) for my new Desire HD phone.

I entered all data and the sync with our Oracle Calendar (ocal) worked.

My problem now is: all Schedules created in ocal were created in the phone with wrong reminder times. The schedules in ocal were all set to remind me 10 minutes before, but in the phone they have pre-times from 1 hour to 330 (!) hours. e.g. one schedule alarmed me at 4am in the night for a meeting at 11am.

If I correct the reminder times in the phone, this will be overwritten by the next sync.

What goes wrong here?

The reminder time is the same as the length of appointment time.

Yes, correct.
The error came in with the birthday calendar feature of 1.9.5.
We'll release a bug fix beginning of next week.

Did this fix make it to the pro version? I have just updated to the latest version and the reminder time in Horde is 15 minutes, on the phone it is constantly 1005 minutes.

If this is a completely separate issue please let me know and I will start a new topic and try to grab some logs.

The STD and the PRO version are based on the same code, so there shouldn't be any difference concerning this.
Some settings might be different (e.g. legacy mode on/off).

So we'd be interested to get a log file containing such an event with a reminder of 1005 minutes. Keep me informed about username and time of sync with logs.

We or you can publish the results within this thread here as soon as we know the root cause.

I have upgraded to the lasts version available from the site and the reminder is still 1005 minutes for a 15 minute reminder in horde.

I set the server settings to log and when it completed it asked if I wanted to send the logs so I said Yes. However it doesn't appear to have sent... Where are the logs stored on the phone?

Once I have updated the reminder to be 15 minutes on the phone and resync there is no change to the server and the reminder is still 15 minutes on both server and device.

There was an issue with reminder times, but it is fixed since V1.9.6

If you choose "keep logs" at the end of the session, the log file will be stored at your SDcard's download/log directory.
