Access denied (10407)

Hi - i get the following message when trying to sync:
Slow Sync for events
- Access denied (10407)
- Device add 0 upd 0, del 0
etc

can you pls tell me why?

I have just upgraded to V 3.0

What server are you using?

Access denied just means that - the server does not accept your login (user/password) for some reason.
