Version Pro 2.9.8.7 does not restart after scheduled stop

Version Pro 2.9.8.7

I have syncml on this UTStarcom phone running Windows Mobile 5 set up with a schedule to run through most of the daylight hours and to stop if the battery drops below 20%.

This seems to be working ok as the syncml logs on the mail server show it stopping in mid afternoon when the battery on this phone is about gone. The user charges the phone over night and the next day, Syncml does not restart when the charge is up and the scheduler says it should be running.

Is it supposed to restart on it's own or do we have to start Synthesis up on the phone each day?
