Default What is error 20003?

I am connecting to our mail server with a phone that worked several weeks ago and now it is failing to connect with an error 20003 in the log. What is this error, it's not in the documentation.

Version Pro 2.9.8.7

20003 means "cannot open communication", that is, making a TCP connection fails.

The reason why it is not listed in the documentation is because it is translated to clear text in the PDA client user interface ("Connection Error").

However, when we update the docs for 3.0 release, we'll add more error code explanations to facilitate reading logs.

Yep, I discovered the url to the syncml server was wrong. Once that was corrected, it connected like a champ. Synchronized 650 contacts with a UTStarcom phone in less than one minute, pretty impressive.
