Default Palm calendar categories

Hi, is there a way to force synchronization from a particular server to go into a particular calendar category? I want to use one category to sync to my work calendar on my company syncml server but maintain the other categories locally on my palm and PC. I can't find any obvious options for this in the preferences. Thanks.

This is a feature planned for the next major version of the SyncML clients. It will not allow synchronizing only one category, but will provide general so-called client side filtering which allows synchronizing only a subset of the items you have on your device. Items coming from the server will be integrated into that subset - in your case this would mean that they will be stored in a particular category.
