error 40100
Been using SyncML Pro on my iPhone (iOS 4.1) for about 10 days without a problem. Today I have had no success with syncing, repeately getting error code 10400. I have tried reinstalling the client app, slow sync and reload client. All to no avail except the reload has cleared all entries from my iphone (leaving entries on the server). I note other messages regarding the same error "40100" have not been answered.
Can you please help? A relatively expensive app needs to have good support to justify price.
