Unable to synchronize (20003)

Hi,

Our society is interested about your product, but don't have success to synchronize data.

Our requirement is to synchronize data from a palm (tested on a palm TX) with syncML installed to an application (Funambol) on a Linux server. Configuration has been done correctly and connection seems to be working. But during the check, as described in an other "error 20003" post, when data are checked, connection error always appears at the same time. Recommendation was to enable "keep alive" on server. I try to do this in tomcat configuration but it don't work. Have you an advice about this error ?
