Default Events created on Scheduleworld server or other clients have wrong begin time on Palm

All non-recurring, non-full-day events created or modified outside of the Palm device (Outlook or Scheduleworld) show up on the Palm starting on the ending time with 0 hours duration. example: an event that has a beginning time of 5:00 and ending time of 6:30 shows up on the Palm with both the beginning and ending time set to 6:30. I have two Palms running Synthesis 3.0.2.22 and it happens on both. One is a brand new Centro that I just loaded yesterday and it has the same problems.

Here is my response from Mark Swanson of SW:

Something's not right with your client. SWorld is sending this:

<Data>BEGIN:VCALENDAR^M
VERSION:1.0^M
BEGIN:VEVENT^M
X-WSS-COMPONENT:25361^M
X-WSS-LUID:mAMVO9jlqIHeHz+t7J6xLA==^M
DTSTART:20080805T150000^M
DTEND:20080805T153000^M
LAST-MODIFIED:20080805T192058Z^M
SUMMARY;CHARSET=UTF-8;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Test event 2^M
TRANSP:OPAQUE^M
UID:6afd67bc1a622674bea971171adbdb7f^M
END:VEVENT^M
END:VCALENDAR^M
</Data>

There are no time zones in play as it's the 'localtime' format. The data sent to your device is correct.
There is nothing wrong with the data SWorld is sending.
Now that you have the exact bytes that SWorld is sending, you can show this to the Synthesis folks. It's in their court now.
If they need me to do anything differently for their client please pass that info along and I'll do it.
