How do I prevent change in meeting time when I go to a different time zone?

I travel a lot, use Todo+Cal+Sync on my iPhone, and want to know how I can keep the calendar from changing times when I move to different time zones. If I put in a meeting for 6:00, I want it to say 6:00 regardless of what time zone I'm in - and haven't been able to override the automatic change. ---now using Synthesis SyncML server for iPhoneOS. Can you help?
