![]() I'm using a Sony Xperia S with Android 4.0.4. After the latest Synthesis PRO update I cannot see any of the Synthesis contacts in my address book. When looking in the "Filtering" menu there is no entry for the address book created from the synthesis client (the one selected for synchronizing towards memotoo).
Addressbook sync works without problem, it's just that I can not get them to show up in my Address Book. I guess it could be a problem with the Sony address book application, but all other address book sources are shown (Facebook, Google, Phone Contacts) I have tried to enable all address book sources but they still don't show up. If a contact is shown from another source (such as facebook) that I also have in my Memotoo account, I will see the Memotoo information in there. Is the Synthesis account supposed to show as one of the address book sources? |

![]() Seems like my contacts where places under a group, and hence only visible under the groups tab in the addressbook. When moved to the "top" they are shown again under the adressbook tab.
The question still remains though, should the Synthesis created address book be visible as a separate addressbook? Right now all contacts are just placed directly under the "standard" phone-contacts" account. If I compare with the Google-contacts, it is a separate address book with all sub-groups visible (and selectable) in the addressbook. |

![]() Hi Magnus
Android's addressbooks are organized as accounts. Each of these accounts can be handled separately and usually displayed with the contacts app. It is possible to use any of these accounts (or more than one) for sync with the Synthesis app. But it is also possible to create your own accounts with the Synthesis app. The normal contacts app should show its contents including categories (or groups, as they are called on Android) Best Regards Beat
