Syncing between two windows applications

Hi

I want to synchronize Outlook Express, Windows Contacts(Vista Version) and Windows Calendar data with my desktop application. Is there a way by which i can synchronize two application??

Prior to this,i was thinking of using Microsoft ActiveSync to implement it. But ActiveSync is only for synchronization between Desktop application and Windows CE based device.
