All day events get copied to next day

I have a problem with Syncml and Groupoffice. When i sync my All Day events (like holidays and birthdays) they get copied to the next day, in other words they become 2-day events.

Is this a known bug (feature ) or am i doing something wrong?

All-day events are detected as such if they reach from midnigth to midnight (or 23:59) in the time zone of the device. So a timezone mismatch can make an all-day event extend to the next day (like 1AM to 1AM next day).

When do you see the problem, and where? When syncing from the device to the server or the other way? And in which calendar do these all day events become 2 days? Device or server?
